    Abstract:
This doctoral thesis focus on the importance technological acceptance of emerging learning methodologies based on Gamified systems, analizing gamification from a consumer behavior perspective. Lego © Serious Play ©, (LSP), a methodology developed by MIT professors more than two decades ago, is our research case. The question is to know if, using PLS-SEM, gamification is accepted using a sample of university students from different Spanish State Campuses. Using acceptance models based on TAM2, UTAUT2 and CAN, the results are validated: Grade and Master students want to learn new concepts and attitudes using 'Serious Games' -as is the case of LSP-, being non relevant social influence. If the game helps to learn and improve performance in the classroom, students want to use it to improve their professional career. In a time of enormous technological changes, where ICTs and social network marketing monopolize all media headlines, the 'hand-brain' connection - LSP base - can continue to bring knowledge to the human being
