    Abstract:
    n the present work, a combination of organic matter adsorption and a new mode of regeneration has been developed for the treatment of wastewaters obtained from the processes of obtain oil and gas. The combination of both processes allows the treatment in situ of the rejects obtained in the processes of the industry Oil&Gas (O&G). Firstly, a good choice of the Granulated Carbon Activated (GAC) allows obtain a high efficiency in the adsorption of the organic matter according to the compounds of the wastewaters. Furthermore, the regeneration process developed, allows the oxidation of the organic matter and the regeneration of the GAC at the same time. This method can be developed in situ, although there are not utilities, endowing the system with an economic advantage. An industrial-scale prototype has been developed for the adaptation of the proposed technology based on the two methods
