    Abstract:
result of migratory phenomena of an economic nature. Different groups with different languages and cultures arrive there, who when they have a health problem have to interact and relate to a health system unknown to them. And at the same time, with health professionals not used to the cultural and linguistic diversity of the new arrivals, which has an impact on the daily operation of the health system and on the temperament of the professionals. Methodology: The general objective of this thesis is to learn about the experiences of people with tuberculosis, during their therapeutic journey. I have carried out the study from a qualitative approach, adopting an interpretive phenomenological approach, aimed at understanding the lived experience. I collected the data using two qualitative research techniques. One, the in-depth interview carried out with people suffering from tuberculosis, of native and immigrant origin. And two, the focus group made up of health professionals from three primary care centers in the area of influence of the hospital, since, in a complementary way, it is also significant to know the opinions of professionals
