    Abstract:
The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of yellow wavelength subthreshold laser (STL) for the treatment of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CCSC) with a foveal sparing pattern and to analyse the posttreatment changes in the choroid with Swept-Source optical coherence tomography (OCT-SS). Material and methods Retrospective case series of 43 eyes of 37 patients with recording of subretinal fluid (SRF), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), choroidal thickness (CT) both global and differentiated according to its internal (choriocapillaris and Sattler) and external (Haller) layers and adverse events. Data were recorded at 6, 12 and 24 weeks after STL treatment
