    Abstract:
    Mental health is defined as the state of well-being in which a person uses their abilities to cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and contribute to their community, and not just the absence of mental disorders. The emergence and spread of COVID-19 has had implications not only for physical health but also for the psychological well-being of individuals. Among the countless psychological consequences of the pandemic, social restriction, resulting from measures such as mandatory quarantine and social distancing, have had a notable impact on the mental health of the general population. In recent years, there has been growing interest in a new concept of Mental Health - Positive Mental Health - which emphasises how Mental Health can be influenced by the positive dimensions of experiences.
