Abstract:
Even though the Department of Education firmly encourages LKT, they give full responsibility for its implantation and dynamics to the Teaching Resources Centres (TRC), which create new professional profiles specialised in this subject. Such professional profiles will have to give immediate and efficient response to the demands, needs and approaches of the different schools.<br/><br/>This new task for the TRC personally allows me to investigate the educational context and so improve the direct actions and participation with the schools. It also allows me to offer teachers the possibility of a continued innovation by establishing a link between the TRC in Baix Ebre and the schools.<br/><br/>A joint planning of the actions and their later application is designed collectively. This is based on the research-action, in the observation, the analysis and the reflection on the daily work, introducing substantial changes regarding the function as a team.
