    Resumen:
Almost always, in the face of adverse behaviors that blur the human being, education and learned ethics are called directly to account. If education has currently assumed new conditions based on technology, then virtual education assumes the possible responses from what is perceived in the new environments where teaching and learning are taught. The general objective of this paper is to affirm the importance and validity of ethical values in virtual learning environments. The specific objectives pursued in this thesis study the fundamental components of virtual education. To analyze the situation, with scientific depth, the methodology used here gradually investigated the actors involved: students and teachers. In order not to assume or impose concepts, the perceptions and experiences of the actors (students and teachers) were measured from the very contact with a technological device. The method used was the DBR, which had different stages. In each of them, quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments were used.
