The extraction of natural aggregates in Spain causes numerous significan! negative environmental impacts throughout the entire production process. The proposal that would lead to a sustainable and circular management model would be the regulation of a tax on the extraction and commercial use of aggregates in Spanish territory and the export of aggregates from Spanish territory.
