Adopción de TIC en Instituciones de Educación Superior en México ante la crisis del COVID-19: Un Estudio de Caso

    This study contributed to the literature the description of the experiences lived by teachers with the use and adoption of ICT, in the transition from face-to-face to online classes during the confinement caused by COVID-19, both in the preparation, teaching, evaluation of classes, orientation in decision making, as well as the planning of strategies in private HEIs not associated to ANUIES. A case study was conducted with a qualitative methodology, being the measurement instrument semi-structured interviews with open questions, based on the UTAUT and TOE adoption models. It was concluded that non-ANUIES HEIs had a good adoption by teachers for the use of ICT resources, described their skills for their adoption in classes, identified the digital resources that fit their academic activities and recognized the advantages and disadvantages of using them.
