Abstract:
This final undergraduate project aims at analyzing the legal configuration of labour accidents and the ensuing enterprise responsibilities. The main objective of the study is to verify the existing types of obligations, responsibilities and its articulation, among which his (compatibility), as well as the determination of the liable parties and the respective criteria for attributing responsibility, based on the concept of work accident and corporate responsibilities regarding labour risk prevention.
