    Abstract:
This study analyzes the sociodemographic, psychological, and work-related factors that predict psychological well-being among healthcare professionals. Using a cross-sectional, correlational, and predictive design, a sample of 123 active professionals was assessed using five validated instruments (SPWB, BRS, COPE-28, UWES-9, and a job satisfaction scale). A hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis explained 43% of the variance in psychological well-being, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor. The results highlight the role of psychological resources in the well-being of this group and point to potential implications for organizational interventions within the healthcare sector.
