The Moments watch shop project proposes a business located in the center of Reus, specializing in the sale and repair of watches from independent brands and microbrands—a key differentiator compared to the existing local market offering. The study includes a comprehensive analysis of the business environment and internal factors, and develops detailed plans covering marketing, operations, human resources, and finance, as well as the legal aspects of business incorporation. Finally, the business's economic and financial viability is assessed through an analysis of projected financial statements and key profitability indicators.
