    Abstract:
    This study analyzes and compares the insolvency proceedings of Imaginarium, S.A. and Toys R Us Iberia, S.A. based on their financial statements for the 2015–2020 period. The objective is to identify the factors that led to each company's insolvency and to determine why one ended up in liquidation while the other succeeded in transferring its productive unit, thereby ensuring business continuity.
