Abstract: El presente trabajo se basa en el estudio del síndrome fibromiálgico, teniendo como consecuencia el análisis jurisprudencial de la incapacidad permanente, y como estos dos componentes pueden llegar a estar conectados. Se hará basándose en sentencias de los últimos 15 años y en el marco normativo de la incapacidad temporal y permanente; también se hará una explicación de la fibromialgia y lo que conlleva. La finalidad de este trabajo, es averiguar si la fibromialgia como enfermedad tiene cabida en el marco teórico, pudiendo llegar a ser una de las causas de la incapacidad permanente, y en su caso, qué grados se obtendría. The present work is based on the study of the fibromyalgia syndrome, taking as a consequence the jurisprudential analysis of the permanent disability, and as these two components they can manage to be connected. It will be done being based on judgments of last 15 years and on the normative frame of the temporary and permanent disability; also there will be done an explanation of the fibromyalgia. The purpose of this work, it is to quarrel if the fibromyalgia like disease has content in the theoretical frame, being able to manage to be one of the reasons of the permanent disability, and in his case, what degrees would be obtained. El present treball es basa en l’estudi del síndrome fibromiàlgic, tenint com a conseqüència l’anàlisi jurisprudencial de la incapacitat permanent, i com aquest dos components poden arribar a estar connectats. Es farà basant-se en les sentencies del últims 15 anys i en el marc normatiu de la incapacitat temporal i permanent; també es farà una explicació de la fibromiàlgia i el que comporta. La finalitat d’aquest treball, es esbrinar si la fibromiàlgia com a malaltia te cabuda dins del marc teòric, podent arribar a ser una de les causes de la incapacitat permanent, i en el seu cas, quin grau s’obtindria
