Abstract:
The present work is based on the study of the fibromyalgia syndrome, taking as a consequence the jurisprudential analysis of the permanent disability, and as these two components they can manage to be connected. It will be done being based on judgments of last 15 years and on the normative frame of the temporary and permanent disability; also there will be done an explanation of the fibromyalgia. The purpose of this work, it is to quarrel if the fibromyalgia like disease has content in the theoretical frame, being able to manage to be one of the reasons of the permanent disability, and in his case, what degrees would be obtained.
