Abstract:
Crime is changing. The proof of this, is the type of individuals who appear on the target of investigations and trials for the fraudulent use of their office or job, may this be public or private. The aim of the present final dissertation is to analyse the socio-economic crime from the point of view of an active subject of the above-mentioned crimes. But, also the effectiveness of the penalties among which it is expected to deter the economic criminal scourge of the country.
