Abstract:
In this project it is studied the public aid given to companies, as their concession usually occurs illegally and without respecting the regulations in force, producing an alteration of effective competition. Specifically, we will focus on what TFUE says about public aid at European level, and at State level we will focus basically on the “Ley 15/2007 de 3 de Julio de Defensa de la Competencia”. Finally, a real case of public aid is analysed.
