Abstract:
The following end-of-degree project is about studying and analyzing star workers based on the opinion and work of different authors in history, as well as to deepen with Daniel Goleman, David Mc Clelland and Robert E. Kelley’s study describing skills and behaviors that these workers possess and which distinguishes them from ordinary workers. In addition, a tool will be developed to distinguish the star workers from the common ones respect a skill set, then validate it through a field study and conclude whether or not the tool is used.
