    Abstract:
    My final thesis aims at carrying out a business plan in order to see the feasibility of building a house decorated with vintage in my village, El Pinell de Brai. Firstly, it analyzed the competition, the tourist attractions of the area and then kissing the entire economy. Finally, the conclusions we have seen and that will be viable in the third year and will benefit the company.
