Abstract:
The goal of this project is to analyze the possibilities of reconciliation between personal life and employment from the perspective of journey reduction under legal requirements. Through documental analysis, the following questions have been investigated: which type of benefits are provided by the National Health Service; how the labor agreements control and adjust the journey reduction and what are the case law’s criteria. Finally, it has been included in the investigation, the analysis of the France’s benefits system under the point of view of Comparative Law.
