Abstract:
The formulation of the legal cause breach of good faith and breach of trust gives rise to a multiplicity of non-compliant behavior is not determined by legislation, which requires us to value more emphasis on the criteria of interpretation of the Courts. Therefore, the study is to analyze the legal concept concerning the applicative praxis of the Court of Justice of Catalonia from 2000 to 2017, which will allow me to extract hermeneutics used this court to determine the existence or absence of behaviors constitute a breach studied and some have forecast similar behavior against their tenets.
