Abstract:
The objective of the present project is the design of an industrial honeycomb manufacturing craft. The promoter of this project conditions the location of it in the Industrial Zone of Verdaguera, in the municipality of Móra d'Ebre, because it has an industrial warehouse. In addition, it is the investing partner and states that it wishes to obtain 20% of the annual benefits of the extraction plant. We have studied 4 different alternatives, in which, for the selection of the most appropriate, we have applied the multicriteria method of the Weighted Technical Value (VTP). Applying this method, we have chosen the alternative, in which honey, wax and pollen are produced and marketed from the purchase of the raw material produced by 600 hives. From these 600 hives (1 box = 10 paintings), a total of 24,000 kg of honey (4 kg honey / box), 6,000 kg of wax (1 kg of wax / box) and 4,800 kg of honey and pollen (0.8 kg of pollen / box). The study extraction plant is in full operation from March to August. During these months, 3 more operators will be hired, who will work together with 1 operator, the manager and the administrator who works throughout the year. This plant will be located in an industrial warehouse, which is already built and its conditioning is only necessary for its operation. For this reason, the calculations relevant to the construction, electrical and lighting needs of the ship have been carried out. All the quality criteria regarding honey have been taken into account. A feasibility study has been carried out, from which the project under study proves to be viable.
