Abstract:
My Final Project Work is about quite particular companies and despite of they apparently unknown to many people, nowadays, are a more common than we think, because they are booming and probably will remain so. These companies are called SICAV (investment companies with variable capital). Surely most people do not know what companies are but surely if they knew not leave indifferent either would want to join them as they enjoy significant tax advantages, or would demand a change in taxation system due to the difference in considerable treatment (talking about tax) with the other companies, in a very positive way to the SICAV. I do a careful approach about everything about these companies throughout the project. Speak about their form of incorporation, their discussed and questioned taxation, their regulation and how to act, and I also make some brushstrokes of these companies in our country as well as possible solutions could be taken to combat or reduce their tax advantage. The structure of work is very clear and concise, owing to each point is explained according to the established order and most accurately as possible so each section of work can be understandable, essential to discuss and analyze the SICAV. In short, with this work we have sufficient and wide knowledge, without any doubt about these companies, which go unnoticed by our society and should be more in his sights, to press the responsible people in order to change its tax system to make it more beneficial for everyone.
