    Abstract:
We have a patient with various pathologies: low back pain, plantar fasciitis, Morton's Neuroma and calcaneal spur.We ask ourselves if there is a relation between them. We perform the corresponding explorations to extract the first hypothesis and to be able to carry out the phases of treatment by means of methods of exploration as goniometry, specific proof points and trigger points. During this process we see if our hypothesis and the decision with the treatment are correct or if it is necessary to modify the treatment used. The main techniques applied were: stretching, cryotherapy, treatment of trigger points and dry needling. We appreciate the results obtained after 8 weeks of treatment. In conclusion, we have observed that the treatment of a joint problem, located in the lower back and the plant, through the application of different physical therapy techniques, has helped to reduce the symptoms of the patient and retrieve their functional capacity.
