Abstract:
In our current society, the stroke supposes one of the main causes of mortality in the population adult. The stroke modifies notably the living quality of those people that have suffered it. They exist numerous researches on the different factors determinants on the living quality in the people that suffered it how are: the gender, the socioeconomic class, the ethnic group, the age, the presence of other pathologies as a Diabetis Mellitus, auricular fibrillation or the degree of disabled resultant after the accident between others. The aim of study is to know and analyses the living quality (CV) in people that suffered an Accident Vascular Brain (ACV) ischemic and hemorrhagic, evaluating the existence or not of differences between them. This interest, comes die for the fault of studies and information found on them, finding interesting and necessary deepen on this. For all these reasons, realized a qualitative research phenomenological. The tools used were open interviews, the questionnaire ECVI-38 and Index of Barthel. The results showed worse CV in the ACV of origin hemorrhagic. The perception and relates in the experience was very subjective, although all considered of similar shape the most basic needs at the time of obtaining a good CV. We conclude experimentation of changes of roles, emotions, feelings, and adaptations in the daily life, affecting notably on the perception in his CV. Announcing us the need of help to sanitary level, familiar and social between others.
