    Abstract:
The main goal of this project is to know the risk of consuming alcohol that is done by university student and the prototypes of sanitarium intervention from the Emergency Medical Service (SEM) in cases of acute intoxication (IEA). By using a descriptive questionnaire methodology we passed along the questions “Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test” (AUDIT). In order to detect possible problems that are caused by the consume of alcohol, 164 students from the University of Rovira I Virgili were used for this project. The next structuring variables were used: gender and the amount of knowledge regarding basic sanitarium concepts. The project detected that the majority part of people (53,7%) is in a risky situation regarding consume of alcohol. The % is higher in men and is associated with a better understanding of the knowledge about the risks, but not in a differenced practice respect consume. On the other hand, by observing SEM in a real situation of IEA, it highlights the importance of personalized attention, the type of language used or the parallel psychological approach to healthcare, while on the other hand, it is alerted to the lack of standardized protocol monitoring.
