Abstract:
Background: Kinesiotape (KT) is a bandage used by physiotherapist, especially for the musculoskeletal pathologies. Its popularity and the increase of its use have raised doubts about its efficiency. Main Objective: Examine whether the patient’s attitude against KT influences the treatment final outcomes. Secondary Objectives: Examine the possibility of a general pain reduction after the treatment and evaluate whether the patient’s attitude against KT influences its analgesic effect while he/she is wearing it.
