    Abstract:
Introduction: Everytime more cases of childs with learning problems, behaviour alterations and attention deficits are diagnosticated with ADHD/ADD without a clear evidence of being the origin of this symptomatology. Nowadays, it is being taken into account all the possible origins that cause the appearance of these symptoms, such as primary reflexes. If these reflexes rest activated or they even don’t happen, the development of the child remains alterated being possibly treated with the BRMT, is this technique enough in order to treat the different affectation levels? Case presentation: A 10-years-old boy who shows concentration difficulties in school, he tends to close in on himself and presents an agitated behaviour. After an initial evaluation, difficulties in the neuromotor development were observed, especially with the primary reflexes integration being treated using the BRMT for 20 months with 1 consulting session each every 3 months and a half and daily work at home.
