    Abstract:
    In this project, I have elaborated a business plan to evaluate the viability of opening a nautical centre. In the study, you will be able to see how, from a business model already implemented successfully in other points of the Calafell coast, I have analysed: the acquisition of a new concession, how to get a good performance according to my experience and the know-how applied, the economic result and the added value for the global company, Sailing Center Costa Daurada.
