Abstract:
In this final degree project, a business plan has been prepared to assess and analyze the feasibility of opening a shared work space or coworking in the city of Reus. During the study can be seen as from an idea emerged a few years ago about the need for students between 10 and 18 years to find a space to develop academic work, since they usually do in their own homes of young people, this can cause discomfort in the family environment, and that is why this idea has converged into a coworking center because they are currently in growing demand in which for entrepreneurs, professionals and entrepreneurs represents a new way to work At this point is where the objective of this work appears. The intention is that this coworking space will be opened, be a knowledge and work center for any user, whether a student or an entrepreneur, with this I would like to encourage students to face their future and awaken in them the concern of the values of work, education and responsibility. On the one hand, help entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, etc. to carry out their tasks and so they can create contacts and help each other, and on the other hand, help those students in their day to day and so they can discover what they want to do in the future due to the professional environment of coworking and great variety of users that are in it.
