    Abstract:
Introduction Burns are currently a great challenge for all nursing professionals due to the lack of coordination among members and the lack of scientific evidence on the methods used. It is therefore important to review the current literature in search of the best way to treat people who have suffered severe burns, being a very vulnerable sector. Objectives Perform a systemic review through which the role of interventions in the treatment of adults burned in different burn centers is analyzed. Methodology Systematic review of qualitative and quantitative scientific literature related to nursing care for patients burned in burn centers. The bibliographic search was carried out in the databases of health sciences Pubmed, Scopus and Cinahl from November to December 2019. Results. The benefits of pain management have been demonstrated pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. On the one hand, ketamine administered as an adjuvant and on the other hand the jaw relaxation technique, both are very effective interventions when it comes to treating pain in people who are burned. The benefits of the use of Briobrane, Aquacel Ag and skin grafts are also studied with respect to the cure of the patient, maintenance of good sleep hygiene, renal replacement therapy, insertion of PICCS and renal replacement therapy.
