    Abstract:
The nursing profession has undergone many changes over time, but in a certain period these changes caused the care to be corrupted and turned against the principles ofnursing. The main purpose of the work is to publish the role played by both nurses of the Nazi party and nurses of the Allied side during National-Socialism, describing their actions and caring towards people who they took care of. When it comes to the methodology, a narrative review has been designed through the search of articles in different databases and selecting them from inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results extracted from the 11 selected articles have shown that nurses from National-Socialist regime replaced the care and the attention for the massacre and the indifference instead. While nurses from the opposition were still providing their attention and care to those who most needed. In addition, it has been proven that there were some nurses who participated with Nazi doctors by force and against their will. To sum up, arguing that nursing in that generation kept two facets which were totally different one from the other. With that being said, professionals from today can reflect so that such a brutality does not ever happen again.
