Proposal of intervention for the prevention of violence against woman for teenager people

Abstract:
Objective: design and implementation of a workshop which objective is the prevention of violence against women for teenagers. Methodology: A PowerPoint with sources about the topic is used with two polls (one before and another after the activity) and determine whether it was useful or not. Realized to a total of 98 students of l’IES El Calamot de Gavà, Barcelona Conclusion: violence against women is one of the main problems that society has to face each day. The role of the woman in modern society is still seen as anchored in its past ways during the teenage years. We would need to apply a bigger version of the workshop in order to find more data and evidence about the topic Results: Of all the different ways of manifestation that has the violence against women the most common one is the physical. Overcontrol over your romantic partner is also very common during the first’s relationships that teenager experiment. After our workshop we can observe that they start changing their attitude towards the different meanings that love and violence have, fulfilling our objective.
