Abstract:
Objectives: The general aim of this research work is to know what is the quality of life of women between 15 to 44 years diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus, as specific objectives it will be analyzed whether the economic level, physical well-being, social support and emotional level, influence the quality of life in people suffering from Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Methodology: This work will be done from a qualitative perspective, the technique used to collect information is the conversational or narrative type through individual or semi-structured interviews. Subsequently, the transcription was carried out, followed by the coding or segmentation of themes and subtopics. Results: The results will be carried out by comparing the interviews with the literature found, specifically with the section on quality of life, which includes physiological needs, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, socioeconomic level and emotional level. In general, the information provided by the interviewees and the literature coincide. Conclusions: After the comparison between the literature and the informants, our conclusion is that a good economic level, physical well-being, adequate social support and emotional stability positively influence the quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
