Abstract:
Unikids is a platform that was born with the aim of building a more prepared and more academically motivated society. This program is based on gamification, that is, the use of games in order to guide student behaviour and increase their motivation. To study the viability of this business, all the characteristic aspects of a business plan have been analysed. Firstly, the promoter team and the business idea are presented. Then, a study is carried out on the market where the company will act by analysing its environment. A SWOT analysis was then performed to determine where the company is in relation to its competitive environment. The marketing plan is then followed. First exploring who the target audience is and who the potential customers are. This same section identifies the four variables of the marketing mix: product, price, promotion and placement. The operations plan describes the stages of the service cycle. The organizational structure is then determined by the human resources plan. Through the legal plan, you can see the procedures required to set up the company and the legal form chosen. Finally, the economic-financial plan is made where it can be concluded that the business will be profitable and sustainable. Since the initial investment is recovered before the end of the second period of operation of the business. From the second year onwards, cash flows are positive, so the company will have liquidity to cover all payments. The set of calculated ratios shows that the company will have high returns, and it will be viable to run the business.
