Abstract: L’adherència als psicofàrmacs amb pacients amb esquizofrèniaFerré Lor, YasminaIntroductionSchizophrenia is a serious mental health condition that progresses to a chronic state. He is given several difficulties when it comes to complying with therapeutic adherence, some of the main causes are due to lack of insight on the part of the user, the side effects of the medication or a poor therapeutic relationship (RT)between healthcare staff and the user. Thus, nursing plays a key role in alleviating this deficit in the field of mental health, through psychoeducational tools and strategies; foster quality RT to ensure a climate of trust; to make the user a protagonist in the disease process; and individualize each clinical case. The purpose is to achieve the psychopathological stability of the user in order to ensure a good quality of life.GoalThe aim is to describe health education interventions that improve adherence to psychotropic drugs in adult patients with schizophrenia.MethodologyA systematic bibliographic search has been carried out in the different databases: Pubmed, Dialnet, CINHAL, Scopus, Web of Science (WOS) and Google Scholar. After the bibliography research it was considered to choose 13 articles, which have relevant information for our study.ResultsThe authors agree that there is a high rate of poor adherence to therapy in these users, and consequently an increase in psychopathological destabilization of the disease. They conclude that psychoeducation, individual and group therapies, and adherence therapy are beneficial in fostering adherence to psychotropic drugs and thus achieving psychopathological stability.ConclusionsNurses need to address this issue in order to alleviate it and respond to users. Therefore, standardized protocols for psychoeducational interventions should be established to improve psychopharmacological adherence in these users.Keywords: schizophrenia, treatment adherence, psychotropic drugs, health education. Se li atorguen diverses dificultats a l'hora de complir amb l'adherència terapèutica, algunes de les causes principals són per manca per part de l'usuari, els efectes secundaris de la medicació o per una relació terapèutica (RT) deficient entre el personal sanitari i l'usuari. Així doncs, la infermeria juga un paper fonamental per a pal·liar aquest dèficit en el camp de la salut mental, a travès d'eines i estratègies psicoeducatives; fomentar una RT de qualitat per assegurar un clima de confiança; fer protagonista a l'usuari en el procès de malaltia; i individualitzar cada cas clínic. La finalitat és aconseguir l'estabilitat psicopatològica de l'usuari per tal de garantir una bona qualitat de vida.ObjectiuL'objectiu és descriure les intervencions d'educació sanitària que milloren l'adherència als psicofàrmacs en pacients adults amb esquizofrènia.MetodologiaS'ha realitzat una cerca bibliogràfica sistemàtica en les diferents bases de dades: Pubmed, Dialnet, CINHAL, Scopus, Web of Science (WOS) i Google acadèmic. Desprès de la recerca bibliografia s'ha considerat escollir 13 articles, els quals tenen informació rellevant per al nostre estudi.ResultatsEls autors coincideixen en el fet que hi ha una alta taxa de mala adherència a la terapèutica en aquests usuaris, i per conseqüència un increment en la desestabilització psicopatològica de la malaltia. Conclouen en què la psicoeducació, les teràpies individuals i grupalsi la teràpia d'adherència són beneficioses per afavorir l'adherència als psicofàrmacs i per tant, aconseguir l'estabilitat psicopatològica.ConclusionsLes infermeres han d'abordar aquesta problemàtica per tal de pal·liar-la i donarresposta als usuaris. Per això, s'han d'establir protocols estandarditzats d'intervencions psicoeducatives per a millorar l'adherència psicofarmacològica en aquests usuaris.Paraules clau:esquizofrènia, adherència al tractament, psicofàrmacs, educació sanitària.
