Social worker’s intervention in violence cases with severe mental disorder users

    Abstract:
    In people’s day a day there is a lot types of violence, and this is a big actuality problematic that can originate serious problems in people’s physical and mental health. For this reason, there is a huge importance in the intervention since the Social Work to accompany people and families victims of violence in front of cases where there is an user with a diagnose of severe mental disorder. This is a work which has the purpose to compere between theory and practical experience about the social worker’s intervention in front of violence situations with severe mental disorder diagnosed users. This comparative will be done by analysing three experiences during the practice of the Social Work degree in an Adult Mental Health Center in Tarragona.
