    Abstract:
    The workplace harassment or mobbing is an important reality which is being more frequent in our society as a result of the work environment. That is why, the work exposed in this document has the finality to study this topic from a juridical, legal and procedural perspective, solving questions related in favour of the protection of the affected workers due to harassment, both in the environment of prevention of occupational risks as in the System of Social Security and restricting the juridical tutelage in front of harassment.
