    Abstract:
ABSTRACT Mental health was incomplete when it was only approached from classical psychology, only focused on the negative aspects of the mind. The concern of some scientists on the healthy characteristics of the human mind propelled the beginning and consolidation of the so called Positive Psychology to the present day. Methodology: through a descriptive (qualitative) phenomenological study it is intended to: Discover 67 and identify the factors related with the SMP of people in different stages of development; Analyze the degree of relevance of the SMP factors in accordance with the stage of development; Understand the variability of the SMP factors present within the same social/family group; and identify the missing SMP factors in order to promote them. As a theoretical framework the Doctoral Thesis of M.T. Lluch: Construcción de una Escala para evaluar la Salud Mental Positiva has been chosen. Results and conclusions: the results obtained from the analysis were compared to other studies in order to achieve right, though not conclusive, conclusions.
