Abstract:
The objective of the project is the design and construction of agricultural industry in Montblanc, for the developer Agropecuària Coperal S.C.C.L. The plot has an area of 28,163m² and there is currently a building that will be demolished. The activities that will be carried out are the storage of cereals, the sale of phytosanitary and agricultural products, and the productive process of the almonds. The facilities consist of three industrial warehouses: two for the storage of cereals and one with a shop, an office, a room with phytosanitary products, toilets and changing rooms. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor. There is also a covered space where the almond process will take place, and a parking area. The foundations are superficial, specifically they are insulated reinforced concrete shoes joined by tying beams. The structure formed by prefabricated elements of reinforced concrete. The enclosures are prefabricated panels, and the roof consists of sandwich panels and skylights. Structural calculations have been done manually; the critical porticos have been analysed and the straps, beams, pillars and shoes have been dimensioned. The results obtained have been compared with the maximum permissible values allowed by the manufacturer and it has been verified that the structure withstands the load states to which it is subjected. Regarding the installations, the building will have drinking water, a stormwater drainage network, and a wastewater drainage network. It will also have a lighting network that has been designed with Dialux program, an electricity network that has been calculated with the Dmelect, and a fire protection installation. A waste management study has also been carried out on site. The execution of the project will last approximately nine months. The material execution budget is 2,458,319.39€, and the basic tender budget amounts € 3,539,734.08€.
