Abstract:
My Work Final Grade discusses the field of Public Law Spanish, specifically the criminal procedure, and within the same've decided to focus on the pretrial stage of the process, specifically in the practice of the investigation procedures, which are the acts carried out at this stage of the process to find out which are the crimes that have occurred and the author thereof. One of these proceedings that is really caught my attention is on I decided to develop my work, diligence and record input. It's a performance that confronts the fundamental rights of our Constitution, so I think a very interesting topic and can fully develop and posed many problems in practice. In my work I have carried out an investigation, doctrinal and jurisprudential above, this diligence, because the law is not fully regulated and there are many gaps in white that are necessary to interpret. I have referred, first, to its regulatory and legislative developments, with the intention to see how the passage of time has changed this rule came into force in 1882, i therefore considered that over the years the suit ia new societies emerging needs of justice. Then I raised a number of issues that practice might appear, and a possible solution for them, and finally I have researched on the confrontation of the practice of this diligence with fundamental rights. I hope you look like a complete and comprehensive work since I have dedicated much effort and enthusiasm.
