Direct action in the liability insurance

Abstract:
This final degree is to study the current legal framework of the direct action of liability regulated in the Insurance Contracts Act 1980, the content of article writing in the current legal text is analyzed, the interpretation justice has been done based on the legal questions and criticism by some writers. With nearly 35 years of application, they have raised various reform proposals in recent years: the Draft Law on Insurance Contracts (2010), the Proposed Commercial Code (2013) and the draft reform of the Commercial Code (2014 ). Each of these proposals has further inputs which are recovered or disposed relative to each other. At the end of the work, the reason for their introduction and an approach to the consequences that would entail the adoption and entry into force in the current Spanish system arises.
