Abstract:
This Final Degree Thesis will consist of drawing up a Business Plan using the knowledge acquired throughout the degree in Business Administration and Management. ABR Motorsport Group is a company related to high competition motorsport that was born with the aim of creating new sporting events in the world of rally. This business model includes everything from design and planning to the organization of the event itself. The company seeks to achieve a lasting impact on its customers through innovation and personalization. In order to study the viability of this business, a business plan has been carried out with the corresponding analyses.
