    Abstract:
    The present work consists of the elaboration of a marketing plan for the Vill-Rus bar-restaurant. For this, the environment has been analyzed both externally and internally. Market research has also been carried out through a customer survey to find out their opinion about the restaurant and detect areas for improvement. Based on this, the marketing objectives have been determined and specific strategies have been set to achieve them. Finally, an action plan has been designed accompanied by a set of indicators that measure its evolution to assess the effectiveness of its implementation.
