    Abstract:
    This study focuses on the reasons why users of coworking spaces in the province of Tarragona choose to work in them and their relationship with happiness at work. By means of a comparison of the reasons extracted from the existing literature, with the data obtained through our study sample. To achieve this, we started with an exhaustive search of the reasons why a worker chooses to go to a Coworking Space, as well as the relationship they have with greater happiness.
