Abstract:
The project presented below addresses the feasibility of innovation and technological change in a traditional service such as a cafeteria. This project is not limited to being a conventional coffee shop, as it is usually known, but involves the contribution of an additional experience. This is based on raising public awareness about sustainability and recycling through art. This is materialised through two new environments that will be found in our café. Firstly, there will be a space dedicated to stimulate and exploit the creativity of each person, they will be able to create works of art using recycled materials. Secondly, there will be an art gallery where these works of art created by the visitors themselves, as well as the works of professional artists, can be exhibited.
