Anticipation of extension services in the industrial complex Campeza SL

    Abstract:
    This project aims to provide the extension of services in the industrial complex “Campeza S.L” of two warehouses dedicated to steel wire drawing. After calculating the forecasting power required it has been concluded the need to set up an electric power transformer station of 1,260 kVA with two dry type transformers of 630 kVA each one. Also it has been calculated an emergency power generator of 570 kVA to ensure continuity of supply in case of main power supply failure. To avoid and compensate the penalty of reactive energy use, it has been calculated a capacitator bank of 347.6 kvar . In addition, it has been calculated the low-voltage electrical installation, such as the calculation of lighting lines and power circuits and their protections. Finally it has made a study of the design and installation of fire protection.
