Abstract:
The business plan that will be explained below deals with the creation of a tourist-educational APP in which you will fully interact with the environment in order to live a 100% immersive experience. To study the feasibility of this, all the characteristic aspects of a business plan will be examined, explaining the business idea, the team that will form it, the mission, vision and values of the organization and the service that is intended to be provided will be described. Business opportunities will also be identified, analyzing the factors that may affect it, the sectors to which it belongs and its competition.
