    Identifier:  TFG:6388
    Authors:  Fortuny Llaveria, Maria Wen
    Abstract:
The aim of this work is to see if there is a relationship between family involvement and quality of life for both disabled and non-disabled teenagers. 117 parents (69.2% women and 30.8% men) of teenagers between 12 and 18 years old participated in the study. The FIQ-HS family involvement and Kidscreen-27 quality of life questionnaires were administered. The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between the two variables, being that the greater family involvement (home-school communication, school activities and home activities) the greater the quality of life (physical activity, family life, friends and school) in the teenagers
