    Abstract:
    In my final degree project, I have investigated workplace harassment in different companies and its effects on people's overall health. I have focused on analyzing the type of personal characteristics that make a person more prone to suffering from bullying and also on analyzing what the consequences of this bullying are on the person's health. Finally, also evaluate people's knowledge about mobbing and how to act against this problem.
