Abstract:
The following research aims to carry out a theoretical review of the concept of attachment and emotional regulation, in order to subsequently find a relationship between them in a population of young adults. In order to understand in greater depth, it is explained how the attachment style develops from childhood to adulthood, as well as the type of emotional regulation strategies that exist. The aim is to relate the terms to know the impact it has on the emotional health and well-being of young adults.
